I, too, have found myself growing more and more "woke" in recent years, as I learned more about the experiences of people who are not like me. Once I became aware of power distance and dynamics, I cannot unsee it, and every interaction has me thinking about who I am being to the other person. Knowing that nobody starts on a blank slate; we all have our unearned perception that others have of us because of our ethnicity, gender, sexuality, (dis)abilities, etc... so few of these things we have any control over.

Hi Camilla

No time for nomadic-journey contemplation, it is study time for me. In the comfort of home-sweet-home. Living out of a suitcase would drive me nuts and I do not like the jet lag. Haha

But, I do like your experiences, however what will you do when there are no more cities to visit ? Will you live permanently in one city you love ? And what is you best city by far?

你的旅程很精彩,谢谢

There are always more to explore haha I don’t have the best city in mind. Italy is one of my favourite countries so far.
